The contracting process is very simple. We use a proven and effective process that allows us to get started on your problem very quickly.
There are only 3 steps to solving your problem:
1. We will briefly discuss your technical problem to determine if we are a good fit for you. If it looks like we are, we will both then need to agree to Proprietary Information protection (primarily to protect your intellectual property). This goes much faster if PWR’s terms are acceptable to your company.
2. Together, we will begin detailed discussions of the problem and agree to the project scope, price, schedule, and other contract terms. We can offer Firm Fixed Price, Fixed Price Level of Effort, or Cost Plus contracts.
With our streamlined contracting procedures, after offer acceptance, we can begin working on your problem in 1 or 2 days.
3. Once the contract is signed, we tackle your problem with our most skilled engineers and work with you every step of the way to ensure that you are satisfied with the progress. This is the easy part after the contractual aspects are agreed-upon!
