Fluid Mechanics analysis has evolved beyond being able to solve complex problems and predict flowfields. Today, analysis is called on as a tool to provide optimal design solutions. We accomplish this at Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne by integrating the hierarchy of our Fluid Mechanics design and analysis tools together with advanced optimization methodologies to reduce product development time and improve performance.
